     Chapter I General Provisions

Article 11 The party's primary organization shall disclose the following:

(2) Term work objectives, phased work deployment, key tasks and implementation;

(3) Strengthening ideological and political work, carrying out study and education within the party, organizing party member education and training, and implementing the "three sessions and one lesson" system;

(4) General elections, the establishment of party organizations, the development of party members, democratic evaluation, the organization of life meetings, the protection of party members' rights, the management of the collection and use of party fees, and the construction of party organizations;

Article 12 The party's disciplinary inspection organ shall disclose the following:

(1) To study and implement the party's central government's policies and major decision-making arrangements, resolutely maintain the authority and centralized leadership of the party's central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, and implement the work and deployment of party committees and superior disciplinary inspection agencies at the same level;

Article 13 The working organs of the Party, the organs dispatched by the Party committee, institutions directly under the Party Committee, and the party group shall determine the public content in accordance with the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 1, of these Regulations in accordance with the actual situation.

Article 16 The party's organization shall choose an appropriate method of disclosure based on the content and scope of party affairs disclosure.

Article 25 The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the various central departments, and the party committees of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall formulate implementation rules in accordance with these regulations.

Article 26 These Regulations shall be interpreted by the Central Office in conjunction with the Central Organization Department.

Article 27 These Regulations shall become effective on December 20, 2017.
